Challenge

The Camino restaurant chain hired us to implement digital marketing strategies in order to maximise opportunities for increased traffic to their restaurants and social media platforms from both their existing and new audiences.

Solution

After in depth research of their brand identity and existing audiences across the 4 restaurants we implemented lead generation campaigns through facebook ads, we re-engaged existing audiences and targeted new audiences based on geo-locations and personal interests. We also implemented fb messenger marketing to run alongside the ads in order to achieve high click through and opening rates.

thirdway group - Brand consultancy

Challenge

Thirdway Group Interiors hired us to consult on a new business venture that was planned as an extension to their already diverse business conglomerate. They sought out advise on developing a brand identity, strategy, market segmentation and swot analysis.


Solution

At the time of consultancy the UK was in the midst of uncertainty and a key focus of our analysis was to identify the threats and opportunities that could be faced under the various outcomes of Brexit. We identified the various exit plans and built a case for a brand strategy under each circumstance in preparation for an uncertain Brexit result.

Results

After our Brexit strategy analysis we started to build a critical path and devised a detailed presentation on the route to market through a 6 phase process *see diagram below. Each phase was heavily detailed in order to leave the company in good hands.
